With many organisations scaling back on DEI initiatives, Black professionals are reporting increasingly toxic workplace cultures. To counter this, we worked with BYP Network to position them and founder Kike Oniwinde Agoro as leading cultural commentators on workplace diversity, equity, and inclusion. Timed around BYP’s Leadership Conference on 17 September, the campaign secured coverage across national and London TV and radio outlets, showcasing BYP’s 50,000+ strong community of Black professionals and highlighting how their conference provides senior leaders with practical solutions to reverse talent loss and drive meaningful workplace change. Leveraging Kike’s position as Vice Chair of the London Chamber of Commerce Black Business Association and her background as a former Team GB athlete, we amplified her authority and credibility, generating significant media buzz
