We supported the NHS in delivering a targeted broadcast campaign to raise awareness of its ‘evergreen offer’, extending an ongoing invitation to Pakistani and Bangladeshi communities to come forward for their first, second, or booster COVID vaccinations. The campaign focused on improving understanding of eligibility and addressing barriers to uptake through clear, trusted messaging delivered via culturally relevant media channels and spokespeople. By reinforcing that the offer remained open and accessible, we helped ensure audiences understood they could still protect themselves and their families at any time. The work aimed to increase confidence in vaccination, tackle hesitancy through factual reassurance, and support the NHS in reaching communities where uptake had been lower, ultimately contributing to improved public health outcomes.
