Cauldron aimed to raise awareness of National Tofu Day which is a Cauldron initiative, and encourage people to eat more tofu, in addition to educating the public on the benefits of tofu, for both people and the planet. National Tofu Day is the UK’s day to celebrate everything tofu, which is rich in protein and a provider of a plethora of other health benefits. Tofu is tasteless on its own, but is really versatile and takes on flavours really well. Cauldron has numerous tofu related recipes to inspire people to cook with tofu on the day and beyond.
