Depaul UK came to The Relations Group in the run up to the Christmas season; a time of year for giving and thinking of those less fortunate and an opportunity to raise awareness of the work Depaul does for young, homeless people.
Their key messages aimed to dispel misconceptions of why young people are homeless and to highlight the work Depaul UK do to help the homeless, especially at Christmas time. Paul Mariot, CEO of Depaul UK, came to the studio for a day of UK wide interviews and was joined by a young man who had experienced homelessness to discuss these issues with him. The campaign was a huge success and secured a listener reach of over 57 million, with stations including Sky News Radio, BBC Radio 1, BBC Radio 4, BBC Radio 1 Extra and Kerrang! |
