WORLD TOILET DAY
Dyson teamed up with us for World Toilet Day in order to raise awareness of the fact that they are taking a leading stance on improving standards in public toilets by creating a fast and hygienic hand dryer.
They had two key aims for this campaign: one was to communicate to listeners the importance of drying your hands properly; damp hands are 1000 times more likely to spread bacteria than dry hands. The second was to position the Dyson Airblade hand dryer as the fastest and most hygienic hand dryer in the market.
In order to communicate these messages we held a radio day of interviews with Toby Saville, Microbiologist from Dyson, discussing stats released which highlight the importance of washing and drying hands properly and why traditional methods can be more unhygienic than we think!
This campaign was a huge success, we secured coverage from 10 BBC Stations and Sky News desk among others, with a total listener reach of over 31 million.
