CHRISTMAS PUDDINGS: TRADITIONAL VS. MODERN​

Last Christmas, Gü got in contact with The Relations Group to coincide with media interest surrounding the topic of exciting Christmas recipes.

Following the results of a published report suggesting that although 48% of us still enjoy a good Christmas pudding, a fifth of Brits will actually opt for an alternative chocolate dessert, Gü Head Chef, Fred Ponnavoy appeared on air to give his top tips for great Christmas Desserts.

The campaign secured coverage on radio stations totalling a weekly reach of over 3.5 million listeners and online distribution reached nearly 23 million monthly users! With coverage of Gü's step-by-step recipe guide secured on Yahoo!, Hello Magazine, Female First and many more great online portals.

The campaign helped to position Gü as the number one alternative dessert brand over the Christmas period, and also dispelled the idea that Christmas puddings can't have an exciting modern twist.
