To coincide with Armed Forces Day, our mission was to support Ex-Mil in spotlighting the often-overlooked challenges veterans face when transitioning into civilian life. Despite possessing a wealth of transferable skills, many ex-forces personnel encounter misconceptions and barriers to employment. We helped Ex-Mil raise awareness across national media, educating employers on the tangible benefits of hiring veterans. Through expert commentary and lived experience stories, we positioned Ex-Mil as the leading voice on veteran employment—championing the skills, discipline, and resilience that ex-military candidates bring to civilian roles.
