The Royal College of Radiologists needed to highlight the urgent workforce shortages in clinical radiology and oncology to NHS decision-makers. We crafted a compelling case for increased investment, emphasising the impact on patient care and service delivery. Our work strengthened the RCR’s reputation as a leading, research-driven authority, helping to position them as a key voice in advocating for vital healthcare resources.
